KernpunkteBusiness/IT Alignment erfolgt durch eine Vernetzung der betriebswirtschaftlichen und technologischen Massnahmen im Rahmen eines Veränderungsprojekts.Methoden für die Umsetzung von wirksamen organisatorischen Veränderungen setzen sich aus standardisierten und situativ flexibel anpassbaren Komponenten zusammen.Das „Change Method Engineering“ unterstützt einen Prozess zur Methodenkonstruktion, der auf der Basis von Referenz-Szenarien und definierten Klassen von Beschreibungskriterien der Forderung nach Standardisierung und Flexibilität Rechnung trägt.AbstractMethod Construction for Aligning Business and IT Business/IT Alignment represents an organizational change which can only be successfully implemented through a systematic change method. A basic pre-requisite for a suitable change method is its adaptability according to the specific context and the reuse of already standardized fragments to support cost efficiency and on-time delivery of results. Based on an empirical study, a method construction methodology — Change Method Engineering has been developed using method fragments and reference scenarios for designing situational change methods catering for the requirements „adaptability“, „timeliness“, and „cost efficiency“.
