Zusammenfassung

This paper presents a Web Integrated Information System (WIIS) operating as stand alone system or as a Decision Support System (DSS) component for modelling and management of water resources phenomena and other related topics; it is designed for a wide range of applications : preserve water for irrigation, manage a watershed, build a dam to alleviate flood impact and consequently improving the water supply, simulate a flood for risk prevention, or to oxygenate a lake as a remedial for its eutrophication, etc. The WIIS is an infrastructure of development, perennial, open, modular, robust, effective and convivial, offering a complete environment, dynamic, configurable, using JAVA technology and client/server architecture under Web. It includes in particular among others, an Information Indexation and Research System (IIRS), numerical simulations codes, GIS and mesh editors as well as graphic viewers. This integrated system allows on the one hand to extract, prepare, handle, manage and analyze in an automatic way information necessary to the models of simulation and on the other hand to analyze, exploit, interpret, display, manage, communicate, check and calibrate if required in real time the results of these simulations by corroborating them with extracted or identified parameters. A preliminary detailed analysis of the state of the art on adaptation and personalization according to the user was started in order to extend the WIIS towards the AWIIS (Adapted Web Integrated Information System).
