Zusammenfassung
We are trying to take into consideration humanistic problems including economics, environmental and social conditions. In the process of pipeline construction and later a lot of problems may arise. The first one is waste disposal such as pipe-cuts, tyres, shavings, plastic bottles, metal drums, food waste and etc. Second problem is reconstruction of damage in environment along the pipeline constructions recover trees, bushes, fields and meadows along the pipeline.
The first of this problem we partially discussed on the 18-th Conference EnviroInfo 2004.
The problem of reconstruction of nature along the pipeline we also are discussing from the position of humanistic economics. Such an approach would allow us to solve economic and social problems of the local population, create additional workforce, and develop medium and small production during the whole project.
The suggested model, being far from universal, seems to enwrap the problem, leaving intact specific localities on the Georgian territory.
