dc.description.abstract | The major HABITALP objective is the development and the application of repeatable methods for the standardized census and analysis of landscape datasets in 11 alpine protected areas. The enormous amount of the spatial datasets resulting form the data collection and analysis process demands the implementation of a spatial data infrastructure. The utilisation of open source software in combination with OGC standards provides a cost-optimized realization and maintenance of a spatial data infrastructure. | de |
