The analysis of a multi-stakeholder engagement process is complex and the classification of information is time consuming. It requires knowledge about diversity of participants, positions regarding specific issues and early identification of conflictive viewpoints. An efficient information management of consultation data requires a hierarchical structure for organizing diversity of concepts covered by the engagement process. In this paper, we present a web-based application for capturing, organizing and delivering consultation data using concept maps and information objects (meetings, documents, discussions, and issues). It provides an inference mechanism for issue identification and taxonomy com-pliant with environmental, economical and social components. A search engine based on this taxonomy is also implemented for delivering accurate results.de
