| dc.description.abstract | Eine wesentliche Größe für die Raumplanung sind die Einwohnerzahlen für die zu untersuchende Region. Ziel des vorgestellten Modells ist es, einerseits dem Stadtplaner eine Entscheidungshilfe zur Prognose dieser Kenngröße zu bieten, andererseits aber auch ein MJdell zu entwickeln, das in Ausbildung und Lehre verwendet werden kann und dort sowohl die Auswirkungen von planerischen Eingriffen veranschaulicht als auch die Vorgehensweise bei der Modellbildung derartiger Prozesse beispielhaft darstellt. An essential quantity for the development of a geographical region is its population. It is the aim of the following model to give an aid to the decision maker dealing with urban dynamics by forecasting this quantity. On the other hand the model offers an easily understandable tool to teach the processes of migration under the influence of different interventions. In the model the only criterion to move is the attractivity of the region people live in. The model allows the modular extension of the term attractivity and contains dynamic descriptions for natural migration, intermigration and intramigration. | de |
