dc.description.abstractIn this paper we present preliminary findings of a case study analysing the implementation experience with Internet voting in Austrian academic tests and one election. The project identified a first set of six building blocks which seem important for the conduct of Internet voting, which include legal basis, identification, secrecy, transparency, control, and evaluation.en
