    Pattern-based process weakness analysis for public administrations

    The improvement and optimization of business processes is of great importance for public administrations. While conceptual models are widely used as information basis for this task, the analysis of the processes itself is still mainly performed manually. This paper aims to address this by presenting a pattern-based approach for the weakness analysis of public administration processes based on the domain specific modeling language PICTURE.
