The AVIOSE workshop establishes a new forum for the exchange for the people working on simplifying, shortening, and maturing the creation of avionics systems.

In particular, future applications such as e.g., autonomous air transport, aircrew workload reduction, commercial UAVs, and further enhancement of existing functionality add to the system complexity. At the same time, there are challenges in communication and navigation in airspace, certification for multi-core processors, artificial intelligence as well as security for software, hardware, and connectivity. New software development methodologies and techniques are required for dealing with these challenges.

- KonferenzbeitragDevelopment of a SysML Profile for Network Configurations in Safety-critical Systems(Modellierung 2022 Satellite Events, 2022) Hemmert, Andreas; Schweiger, AndreasThe contribution describes an approach for defining avionics network architectures in an existing system model. To this end, a SysML profile is developed containing stereotypes to specify such a network. The corresponding model captures the network’s configuration. Such a configuration defines a network of a safety-critical complex system. As a result, systems engineers can use the profile in the systems development process with digital continuity. An example demonstrates the application of the profile in the model development.

Dadurch sollen mögliche Fehler und Schwachstellen in den Prozessen rund um die eGK rechtzeitig identifiziert und behoben werden. Das in diesem Beitrag vorgeschlagene Vorgehen wird in der Testregion Ingolstadt erprobt werden.
