This paper is looking for clarifying how Eco-Info-TechnoInfrastructures based on exchange of research results, information sources and newly developed applications stimulate the knowledge integration for example of Poland as well as European Union. A systemic view of the EnviroInfo, EduInfo, R&D Info-Infrastructures is presented.
