- WorkshopbeitragAn Overview of User Interface and Interaction Design Patterns for VR, AR, and MR Applications(Mensch und Computer 2022 - Workshopband, 2022) Görlich, Daniel; Akincir, Tayfun; Meixner, GerritWhile there are already extensive pattern languages and collections in many application areas of computer science, one still must search intensively for user interface and interaction design patterns for virtual, augmented and mixed reality. The search for such patterns proves to be difficult and time-consuming. Some collections are already offline and either lost or at best still accessible via web.archive.org, and sometimes one must contact the original authors when the relevant information is not publicly available. This paper therefore presents 269 results of such an extensive search, but also provides a snapshot that is suitable for saving patterns and pattern collections from oblivion if their corresponding websites should go offline.
