Dem Umwelt-Führungs-Informationssystem (UFIS) kommt im Rahmen des Umweltinformationssystems (UIS) Baden-Württemberg die Aufgabe zu, so genannte Umweltgeneralisten in der Öffentlichen Verwaltung durch Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik zu unterstützen. Beispielsweise sollen Aufgaben wie ganzheitliche Bewertung von Umweltsituationen, fachübergreifender Überblick über bestimmte Umweltfragen oder das Zusammenstellen von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Planungsprozesse durch die neue Internet-Architektur erleichtert werden. In diesem Papier wird vorgestellt wie das neue UFIS, das Ende 1997 in Betrieb geht, auf der Basis von World Wide Web und der neuen Systemarchitektur des UIS konzipiert wurde.
The Environmental Management Information System (UFIS) is being developed as integral part of the Environmental Information System (UIS) of the State of Baden-Wurttemberg. The purpose of UFIS is to support environmental generalists in public administrations by means of modern Internet based information and communication techniques. For example, it helps to judge the state of the environment in its entirety, it easily provides overviews of certain topics on the environment, and it improves the process of putting together information on which management decisions can be made. This paper introduces the new version of UFIS which will be launched at the end of 1997. The focus of the paper is on how UFIS was designed with respect to the World Wide Web and the new system architecture of UIS.
Le système UFIS (système d'assistance à la recherche d'informations environnementales) s'inscrit dans le système UIS (système d'informations environnementales) du Baden-Wurttemberg et a pour tâche dans ce cadre de servir d'outil aux agents-généralistes de l'environnement travaillant dans la fonction publique. La nouvelle architecture d'Internet est censée d'assister p.e. des tâches telles que l'appréciation globale d'un environnement, l'approche interdisciplinaire de questions déterminées portant sur l'environnement ou l'élaboration d'éléments servant de base pour des décisions à prendre dans le cadre de démarches de planification. Cet exposé vous expliquera comment a été conçu, sur la base de World Wide Web et de la nouvelle architecture du système UFIS, qui sera mis en exploitation fin 1997.
