Zusammenfassung
The present article aims at the comparative study of two experiences in Electronic Environment e-Environment, which are the SG-HIDRO project and the EDEN-IW project, both alternatives for the consolidation of the use of Communication and Information Technologies – CITs for Government to Citizen and Government to Government solutions regarding to environmental protection. The projects are summarized and compared according to criteria previously normalized, as form of contributing for the radicalisation of the Democracy in national and international ambits.
