Zusammenfassung

Missing knowledge of methods for questioning people with alternate cognition may limit the significance of the results through inadequate question and survey design. This does not only affect surveys targeting people with disabilities, but also exclusion of people with disabilities in surveys may cause biased results. This work presents the development of a methodology for questioning people with different kinds of cognitive disorders through an iterative process of with caregivers and workers of a workshop for the disabled. This has been performed through multiple rounds of brainstorming and research for adaptable state-of-the-art survey scales. Subsequently a variation of the User Experience Questionnaire - Short is presented with an exemplary implementation and finally, possible applications and limitations are discussed.
