Environmental education has proved to be a powerful organizational tool of incentive to the social responsibility of an organization and its employees. To achieve and realize this result, it is necessary to investigate which are the media resource material and approaches that have been used for training assignment and informal education turned to the employee's environmental education in the organizations. These resources have to be compared and adapted to the recommendations of environmental education practice. Following this strategy, three companies have been studied according to their qualitative character: Volvo of Brasil, Robert Bosch Ltd., Renault of Brazil automobilistics Ltd., all of them situated in Curitiba’s metropolitan region-Brazil. This survey and its deep analysis is the first step to carry out innovative on-the-job training and in a wider sense environmental management in the organizations.de
