dc.description.abstractKernpunkteDie dynamischen Rahmenbedingungen in der Energieversorgung wirken sich auf nahezu alle Kernprozesse der Energieversorgungsunternehmen (EVU) aus. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden Auswirkungen und Lösungsansätze am Beispiel des Energiemanagements erläutert.Ein Energiemanagementsystem (EMS) soll die zentralen Applikationen in EVU mit den innovativen Funktionalitäten und Prozessen des Energiemanagements integrieren.Eine serviceorientierte Produktplattform kapselt bestehende Systeme als Dienste und kombiniert diese mit neuen EMS-spezifischen Diensten zu innovativen Prozessen.Durch das Konzept eines Service-Bus mit normierten Prozess-, Schnittstellen- und Nachrichtenspezifikationen auf Basis der Normen IEC 61968 und IEC 61970 wird die Integration des EMS in heterogene Anwendungslandschaften der EVU vereinfacht.AbstractAlmost all core processes in energy supply companies are currently affected by dramatic changes of the basic parameters in the utilities sector. Future challenges are discussed by the example of energy management which forms a main business task in the energy supply industry.The concept of a new energy management system (EMS) with a service-oriented architecture is presented. Within the solution, requirements of both time-critical product development and long-term research on new functional components are taken into account. A key factor is standardization of the communication between the solution components via a service-bus based on web services and the IEC norm family around CIM, the ‘common information model’ for utilities.
