dc.description.abstractThis practical article reports on the experiences of the Teacher AID Lab, which was set up at the University of Hamburg in partnership with a student research center. It is a teaching-learning lab aimed at pre-service teachers who are trained to subsequently teach school students on selected topics. The Lab focuses on a project-based introduction of AI and data management concepts for pre-service teachers of various subjects. The course was conducted with 13 pre-service teachers and 18 pupils (8th grade). Due to the positive feedback from all students, it is now to be set up permanently and the material is to be made freely accessible.en
