In my presentation I will highlight 5 main IT challenges which I have identified over the years as typical to International Organizations. These challenges are: (i) alignment of business and IT, (ii) innovation in static environments, (iii) the end of the era of these big IT projects, (iv) successful management and delivery of IT projects and (v) the struggle in IT security. My talk will be non-scientific and I will provide concrete examples to illustrate these challenges. A little bit of “modelling” from a practical point of view may be included.en
