dc.description.abstract | In this paper I start with an overview over the different paradigms emerged over the last decades in HCI. I introduce the paradigm of cultural computing based on concepts like Kansei Mediation. It is an ambitious challenge to compare Eastern and Western cultures. One of the main challenges will be to measure the user’s experience, in particular for sub- or even unconscious cognitive and body functions. An overview of already available measuring approaches is provided, and some preliminary conclusions are drawn. | de_DE |
