dc.description.abstractCombining asynchronous methods with scientific computing is a great challenge. In this paper we make the attempt to combine such methods with a ODE solver. Although the results are not on point for giving us a fully usable asynchronous method, this paper shows the direction of the needed development to get such an asynchronous method.en
