dc.description.abstract | The goal of the paper is to discuss visual analysis tasks for three-dimensional interactive environmental applications. To achieve these objectives the paper firstly concentrates on identifying object content, which is likely to be used in environmental applications. Secondly the paper discusses presentation techniques of the object content in the applications. Thirdly the paper investigates interaction techniques for the visual analysis. Finally the paper describes the successful implementation of the presented techniques in an environmental example application (GeoPro 3D) used in the Environmental Information System (UIS) of Baden-Württemberg in Germany. | de |
