dc.description.abstractOnly by considering both the conceptual and the technical perspective, as laid out in this paper and more thoroughly in the full book chapter [1], can the full potential of quantum computers be realized. Through collaborative efforts of all stakeholders and by employing a flexible and research-driven hardware-software co-design approach on the full stack, we aim to iteratively advance the quantum software ecosystem.en
