Das „PoliTeam“-Projekt hat dabei das Ziel, die asynchrone Zusammenarbeit der beteiligten Anwenderorganisationen durch die Einführung und „kokonstruktive“ und evolutionäre Weiterent-wicklung eines Softwaresystems für kooperatives Arbeiten zu unterstützen. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt den Design- und Entwicklungsansatz von PoliTeam, gibt Beispiele für die Umsetzung und dokumentiert Erfahrungen aus dem Projekt.Summary  In connection with the scheduled relocation of the German government from Bonn to Berlin the German ministry for Education, Science, Research and Technology funds projects that focus on the cooperation of large and geographically distributed organizations. The PoliTeam project aims at supporting the asynchronous cooperation of the pilot partner organizations by the introduction and „coconstructive“ and evolutionary further develop-ment of a software system for cooperative work.
