Different kinds of stakeholder submit their interests, so called stakes, to the organization. These ecological stakes have to be taken into account in everyday business. The huge amount of stakes leads to a significant complexity. Based on the Topic Maps standard, which is originated in the fields of knowledge management and semantic web, this article presents a model for mapping such networks of stakes.
