The paper at hand presents a concept for modelling supply chains in the context of enterprise modelling. This concept, called transportation channel, is part of a resource modelling language which complements a business process modelling language. Both languages are part of a method for multi-perspective enterprise modelling. The term transportation channel also covers the transport of information between information systems or humans. The latter one is sometimes referred to as communication channel.enSupply chains in the context of resources and enterprise modellingText/Conference Paper1617-5468
