Firstly, the theoretical underpinnings of the viable system model are demonstrated. The resulting comprehension of the cybernetic fundamental principles and associations of the model-innate system ethos act as a scaffold for agility. Here, the viable system model helps to overcome the limitations of own thoughts and actions. The function of Scrum and the various elements and procedural processes are explained in a further step. Scrum is translated into the model language of VSM based on these descriptions. In the process, the observation is limited to two levels of recursion.deA VSM based holistic Framework for ScrumText/Journal Article10.1007/BF033443341610-5753
