These challenges are: (i) alignment of business and IT, (ii) innovation in static environments, (iii) the end of the era of these big IT projects, (iv) successful management and delivery of IT projects and (v) the struggle in IT security. My talk will be non-scientific and I will provide concrete examples to illustrate these challenges.
