Using adapted sorting criteria, all the selected projects on the contained use of pathogens were submitted to risk calculations as part of the application of the Geneva risk project called the Cantonal Risk Register (CCR) incorporating GIS risk representation. A unique method to quantify the risk of the contained use of pathogenic organisms was developed that is easy to use, comprehensible, reproducible, and allows for the automated import of data, risk calculation and export to GIS-visualization tools.Highly Integrated Information Systems for Automated Biological Risk Assessment of the Contained Use of Pathogenic Organisms within the Geneva RegionText/Conference Paper
