One of the most important projects of the Czech e-Government is the creation and implementation of the Public Administration Portal of the Czech Republic. The public administration portals with special advisory web services of sharing environmental information have important function in the Czech e-Government strategy. Web services of sharing environmental information are customer- oriented processes for public and business sphere. The creation and construction of an environmental advisory web service portal belongs to the process of implementation of the Czech e-Government strategy with using of contemporary web information technologies. There is presented the concept of environmental advisory web portal that provides a non-stop advisory service in the paper.Text/Conference Paper
