This does not only affect surveys targeting people with disabilities, but also exclusion of people with disabilities in surveys may cause biased results. This work presents the development of a methodology for questioning people with different kinds of cognitive disorders through an iterative process of with caregivers and workers of a workshop for the disabled. This has been performed through multiple rounds of brainstorming and research for adaptable state-of-the-art survey scales.
