While the HIPPOLYTOS prototype extends a specific, commercial data warehousing and spatial reporting system – disy CADENZA – in order to make search for structured, relational data easier, the SUI system implements a semantics-enabled search-broker approach for simultaneously accessing manifold different target information systems in a comprehensive environmental information portal.
