Under the supervision of the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L), the department of Business Informatics/ Very Large Business Application (VLBA) and the ecco consultancy, SME training needs in the context of sustainable management were evaluated and translated into a SME-related qualification concept. Although the topic of sustainability is particularly important for SMEs, it is an enormous challenge for the majority to develop their employees’ skills and competencies in this area.
