    To get permission to build or to alter an industrial plant takes a long way and a lot of time. Plenty of regulations and laws have to be regarded. This causes many conflicts between investors and administrative bodies. The described IT-tools for information and assistance in the permitting-process help to avoid these unnecessary conflicts and provide work-flow and environmental information to the involved parties.
