Zusammenfassung
The GILL project, funded under the European Union’s Horizon Europe Research & Innovation Investment Programme, aims to create a pan-European collaboration and learning hub based on Living Lab principles to foster gender-responsive smart innovation and entrepreneurship (GRSIE). This paper presents the development and implementation of new GRSIE methods through a comprehensive co-creation process involving four iterative workshops: Understanding, Co-Creation, Implementation, and Evaluation. These workshops engaged diverse stakeholders in a participatory approach to develop practical, gender-responsive methods. The co-creation process leveraged interactive tools and collaborative practices to ensure active participation and equitable contribution from all partners. Despite challenges such as varying levels of participation and the need for better preparation, the workshops effectively harnessed the consortium partners’ expertise. The resulting methods are currently being refned and implemented across various contexts, with a focus on creating a sustainable platform to disseminate these methodologies widely. This iterative and inclusive approach serves as a model forfuture collaborative projects aimed at fostering gender equity in various domains.
