The field of application of the automated contract conclusion are multi utility markets and virtual power plants. We describe an information technological and legal perspective in order to enable decentralized sustainable generation. For the realization of multi utility markets and virtual power plants we draw on a peer-to-peer infrastructure. We focus on market legal coverage to manage the distributed generation units and we concentrate the consideration on the combination of power and heat. This contribution represents results of the project SESAM.de
