dc.description.abstractSoftware Develop Projects often experience problems or fail due to a variety reasons: a lack of planning, incorrect or insufficient development processes, underqualified staff, inapropriate tools, untried new technologies (i. e. wrong technological decisions) and personal, social and communicative problems between developers, between developers and specific departments, between client and project leader. In the following article I would like to adress the last point and speak about the typical social and psychological phenomena and problems and introduce so called Systemic Organizational Constellations as a psychological analyse and development tool.de
