T is often expected to mitigate the environmental impacts through the substitution of transportation and the improvement of the energy efficiency. This study proposes a method to see the industry structure changes based on the Input-Output analysis developing an extended multivariate analysis. The results demonstrate the significant effects of IT on the structural changes in the Japan's historical data.de
