| dc.description.abstract | Durch das im Oktober 1996 in Kraft getretene Kreislaufwirtschafts- und Abfallgesetz werden Industrieunternehmen verpflichtet, ihre Stoffkreisläufe weitestgehend zu schließen. Zur ökonomischen Bewertung alternativer Kreislaufwirtschaftskonzepte wird im vorliegenden Beitrag das Konzept einer entscheidungsorientierten Umweltkostenrechnung entwickelt. Hierzu wird zunächst ein aktivitätsanalytischer Ansatz zur Modellierung industrieller Produktionssysteme als Stoffflugmodell vorgestellt. Darauf aufbauend wird gezeigt, wie mit Hilfe betrieblicher Umweltinformationssysteme entscheidungsrelevante Daten zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. Abschließend wird die EDV-technische Struktur des derzeit implementierten Prototypen skizziert. L'entrée en vigueur en octobre 1996 de la Loi sur les déchets et la gestion en boucle des flux oblige les industriels à gérer les flux de matière en boucle fermée. Cette contribution a pour objet le développement d'un outil d'aide à la décision pour l'analyse des coûts environnementaux des stratégies de recyclage. Un concept fondé sur l'analyse de l'activité permet une modélisation des flux énergie matière des systèmes de production industriels. On montrera comment il est possible à l'aide de systèmes d'information pour l'environnement d'élaborer les données d'aide à la décision. La structure informatique du prototype du logiciel sera également présentée. Since the pass of the Recycling Management Act in October 1996 companies are obliged to close their substance flows. For an economic assessment of recycling strategies the paper deals with the development of a method for the calculation of environmental costs. First of all, an activity-based approach for modelling production systems as flow sheets is presented. Secondly, it is shown, how Environmental Management Information Systems can be used for the collection and aggregation of decision relevant data.
