This report outlines the development and evaluation of a Digital Health concept aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of residents in an urban district, thereby facilitating "Healthy Living and Aging in Place." The concept includes the integration of various digital health solutions such as a physical and virtual telemedicine room, including a telehealth kiosk, care apartments, ambient assisted living device offerings, and community management services, which aim to promote digital and eHealth literacy through training sessions. Initial results indicate positive feedback from residents, yet concerns regarding implementation and use cases have been noted. The insights gained provide a foundation for the implementation of similar concepts in other urban areas or their adaptation to rural settings.en
