This paper introduces the European FP7 project EO2HEAVEN which aims at investigating the complex relationships between environment and health. To support such research a Spatial Information Infrastructure (SII) is introduced which allows combining different environmental data sources with health data sets and analysing correlations between these data sets. The paper presents the general challenges of combining environmental and health data, the EO2HEAVEN SII and its underlying improved Sensor Web concepts.de
