dc.description.abstractThis paper depicts the interrelation between situated learning and learning management from an organisational and personal perspective. Based on this introduction we show how educational metadata can be used for approaches of situated learning and how we can take care of learning approaches and contexts using situated and context specific metadata and rolebased models.en
